Welcome to our program! I’ve proudly served as Director since 2023, where I focus on creating a positive, competitive environment for our athletes. My journey began when my daughter joined RTCC at age 5, and it quickly grew into a passion for supporting our teams. I also coach our Level 2 team and love helping athletes build confidence, skills, and teamwork both on and off the mat.

I’m thrilled to join the RTCC program this season! As a kindergarten teacher, I bring a energy, positivity, and creativity to everything I do. Although this is my first year in a competition cheer role, I have two years of experience as a rec assistant coach and as a cheerleader myself. It’s especially meaningful for me to serve on the board as the program secretary while my seven-year-old daughter embarks on her second year with the team. I am passionate about fostering a fun, supportive, and engaging environment where every girl can grow, build confidence, and truly shine!

Michelle serves as our Treasurer and brings years of experience in office management and bookkeeping to the program. As a Rockaway Township resident with a granddaughter in RTCC, she is deeply invested in supporting our athletes and ensuring the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes.
